OPENING DAY OF THE LILAC FESTIVAL

Today, is the day that we've all been waiting for. The Rochester Lilac Festival is back...

"10 days of free entertainment on the main stage including performances by national recording artists. Free children’s entertainment during the week and on the weekends! Daily special events such as Business Rocks Lilacs on Monday, Seniors Luncheon on Wednesday, Farmers Market on Thursday and Medved Lilac 10K & 5K Family Fun Run on Sunday, plus much more! The 2010 Lilac Parade will bring dozens of marching bands, decorated floats, clowns, dancers and costumed characters.
